- My Pass can be shared and is transferable.
- My Pass sessions expires 12 months from date of issue.
How to use
- Purchase the voucher online
- Register your details on https://pass.mywonderland.co.nz/members/create , If you are buying this as gift you can register with information of the giftee.
- A QR code will be send to the registered email address in the link above.
- Please make sure your email address is correctly entered when ordering. Check spam/junk mail if you haven’t receive the gift voucher within 2 days. Otherwise please email email@example.com.
- If you paid by credit card, sessions will be loaded within 24 hours. If you paid by bank transfer, sessions will be loaded when payment received. It’s helpful if you can let us knwo you made payment by email firstname.lastname@example.org.
- Print the attached email or present it on your phone t at My Wonderland for admission.
- Balance of sessions can be checked using the link provided in email
Terms and Conditions
- Sessions valid for 1 year from date of purchase.
- Sessions redeemable up to and including the expiry date.
- Sessions cannot be redeemed for cash or other services.
- Up to 2 sessions can be used on date of purchase
